Where I can possibly buy an oscilloscope which has a 100Mhz band width and pocket oscilloscope.?

T o be paid 3 times cause I don't have enough budget in my pocket this time.Please help me I am now starting my self study in Electronics.Kindly guide me what to do to sustain my curiosity to be succesfull.Thank you.
