I'm trying to find this song..?

I work at CVS Pharmacy & I hear this song on our Muzak radio station, either 'Poppers' or 'Shine' maybe.. but the song is sung by a female, possibly an indie singer, sounds a lot like Ingrid Michaelson but the only lyrics I can ever remember are 'down, down, down' Like the second 'down' is higher than the other two.. I love this song but can't find it anywhere.. please help! Thanks! :)
