Looking for a song back in the 90's?

In the MV the girl was wearing a silver tight clothes and was sitting on a flying cars while singing. ><" But too bad I cant seems to remember who's the artist is and the song title. I only know its on MTV/channel V Top 10 may be between 1992~1995. Anyone can provide a guide as to where i can find the TOp 10( of every mths? i think) list during tat specific years? Thanks alot
