Flamenco dance in Barcelona?

I am visiting Barcelona shortly and i know that the Flamenco dance is a must see...but I am confused 'cause it seems there are many different types, Cordobes, Palacio, Nervion, de Carmen. I have very limited time so I must get to the right one and to the right place...Can any one help? Also if there is any other thing you can guide me on for a first time visitor to Barcelona. Thank you
